Samoan Language Week in Room 4

We had lots of fun learning greetings, numbers, weather words, and days of the wee in Samoan! We expanded out Samoan vocabulary by creating a travel brochure for Samoa that included some of the different animals, weather, foods, and phrases to know before you go in both English and Samoan. We learned a dance with Mr. Suni, and he even brought in a lavalava for us to try on and learn how to tie! We ended the week by learning about the symbols and steps needed to make a samoan siapo.
